Our customers come to us with everything from detailed CAD drawings to hand-drawn sketches on a napkin. They sometimes send us a physical product they’d like us to recreate or even provide dimensions of a product that needs a specialized cover. We start with a free consultation to review what you’re trying to achieve. We then make recommendations regarding the proper fabric & finish options, to best determine pricing options. From here we move into prototyping, patterning, and production. Before we start a production run, we work with you to ensure your design meets specifications and fits the application for which it was designed. We triple check to ensure the prototype meets your exact specifications and will fine tune where necessary.

No. However, larger runs will lower pricing if budget is important.

No. However we do work with the services industry including military, law enforcement, emergency crew, and firefighters: such as tactical gear, high visibility gear, custom medical grade gear.

We are able to produce a product in as short as x days, pending the load of the production run, we would like to have x days to fulfill your order. We will work with you on production deadlines to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We offer short run and long run custom screen printing and embroidery service. Our custom screen printing and embroidery offer applications from bags and signage on most fabrics. We offer low quantity screen printing services as low as 10 to large runs at 1,000+ pieces with fast turnaround. We use automated machines which allow us to provide competitive prices for your specific needs. We work with all fabrics ranging from cotton to canvas, twill, leather, nylon and polyester. We heat set your product to ensure durability.

Sewing Machines: Chain stitch, single-needle walking foot, needle feed, programmable bar, tacker box, zig-zag, long arm, and surging tacker.

Auxiliary Equipment: Die electric heatsealer, grommet machines, strip cutter for webbing, snap machines, 72 in cutting table with variable speed knife and marking drills.

Printing and Logos: Silk screening is completed onsite while embroidery projects are completed offsite with our partner vendor.
